PPN is a mobile solution that is helping Porto Novo SA, a public service concessionary, in controlling the intensive maintenance of public assets and related services (light, traffic, security) at the recently prioritized area in downtown Rio de Janeiro.

The m-data.collect® platform, that is the backbone of the PPN project, allows broader synchronization of information among field teams and operations centres. Porto Novo SA will soon integrate the field force with as many service providers as possible, speeding up the dispatch of any orders and improving the quality perceived by the community. In the near future, the project will be extended to allow a regular citizen to create a public service demand and be informed about its evolution.
