m.clipping.rj mobile project, initiated in 2009, aimed at aligning the news information sent to all government representatives of the Rio de Janeiro State. On a daily basis, up to 200 government members, including the state governor and its secretaries, receive the media coverage (Radio, Television, newspapers and web) in their smartphones. The solution also carries internally created content, eventually used for crisis management and education purposes

The m-content® platform, that is the backbone of the m.clipping.rj project, allows broader exchange and monitoring of information. In future stages, m.clipping.rj will allow the governor and his secretaries to create their own content (Short-videos, Audio Broadcasts) , and send it to any person or group within the government staff . Also in the near future, short-communications to the public will be available for those that would download the application from the mobile stores.
